Welcome to Rext AI, a child company of Revnix LLC ("Revnix," "Rext AI," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms cover how you can use the Rext AI website, web application, free tools, AI content generation features, keyword research, SEO analysis, E-E-A-T features, and publishing tools (together, the "Services").

Creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Services means you're agreeing to these Terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, agency, or client, you're confirming you have the authority to bind them, so "you" refers to both you and that organization where relevant.

If any of this doesn't work for you, the right move is to stop using the Services rather than continue.

1. Who Can Use Rext AI

Rext AI is built with businesses, agencies, marketers, publishers, and content teams in mind.

By using the Services, you're confirming that:

  • What you've told us about yourself is accurate and current
  • If you're acting for an organization, you have the authority to bind it

If the law where you live doesn't allow you to use the Services, then you shouldn't.

2. Your Account

Some parts of Rext AI require an account, and content generation depends on having one set up.

When you create an account, give us information that's accurate and current, and keep it that way. You're responsible for keeping your login details private, for everything that happens under your account, including anything your teammates do if you've invited them, and for making sure anyone using your account is following these Terms. If you think someone's gotten in without permission, tell us right away at support@rext.ai.

We may suspend or shut down accounts that were set up with false information, used fraudulently, or that otherwise cross the line on these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Plans, and Credits

Rext AI offers a range of plans, from Starter through Growth, Pro, Agency, and Enterprise, or whatever lineup is showing on our Pricing page at the time. Pricing, features, credit allowances, and billing periods can change, and the current details are always what's listed there.

Each plan comes with a set number of credits per billing cycle. How many articles or actions you get out of those credits depends on things like content length and which features you're using, so treat any article estimates on our site as a helpful guide rather than a guarantee.

Billing: Subscribing authorizes our payment provider to charge you on the schedule you picked, monthly or annually. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We may adjust pricing, plans, features, or credit allowances over time, and if a change meaningfully affects your bill, we'll give you notice before it applies, as required by law.

Credits: Credits generally expire at the end of the billing period unless your plan or our pricing page says otherwise, and they're not transferable between accounts.

Refunds: Rext AI offers 7 day refund policy on all the plans.

4. Free Trials and Promotions

If you're on a free trial, it runs for whatever period we state when you sign up. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and billing begins, so it's worth keeping track of when your trial is set to end. Where required by law, we'll share the relevant billing details before that conversion happens.

We may limit, change, or end promotional offers at any time, subject to the law and whatever terms were presented when the offer was made.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel any time through your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn't automatically refund you for the current billing period.

You'll keep access through the rest of your current billing period unless your account has been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. After that, unless required otherwise by law, Rext AI does not provide refunds for unused subscription time or credits.

If you think you've been charged incorrectly, reach out to support@rext.ai, and we'll take a look.

6. What Belongs to Rext AI

Rext AI, the software, the interface, the branding, the SEO and keyword analysis systems, the documentation, everything that makes up the Services, belongs to Revnix LLC or to whoever licenses that technology to us.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose during your subscription or authorized access. Beyond what's expressly allowed here or under the law, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or republish the Services
  • Distribute or commercially exploit the underlying software or technology
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to uncover source code, models, or the systems behind them
  • Get around security measures, access controls, usage limits, or other technical restrictions
  • Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Services in ways we haven't authorized
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise hand off access to the Services without our permission
  • Use the Services, or anything you learn from them, to build a directly competing product, except where that restriction isn't allowed under applicable law

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Rext AI or its underlying technology to you.

7. Your Content, and What Rext AI Creates for You

What you put in. Content, information, prompts, keywords, briefs, brand guidelines, author details, and anything else you submit to Rext AI ("Your Content") stays yours, subject to any rights that belong to someone else. We don't claim ownership just because you've submitted it to us.

What comes out. The articles, outlines, and other content Rext AI generates from your inputs belong to you too. You're free to publish it, edit it, or build a business around it, as long as you're staying within these Terms and the law.

What we need to make it work. To actually run the Services, generate your content, score it for SEO and E-E-A-T, and publish it to your CMS when auto-publish is switched on, we need a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, and to publish content where you've directed us to. This license ends once Your Content is deleted or your account is closed, except where we're required or permitted to hold on to it under our Privacy Policy, the law, or legitimate operational needs.

Where responsibility sits. You're responsible for what you generate and publish, including double-checking it's accurate, that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, and that it fits whatever rules apply to you, including any CMS provider's own terms if you're using auto-publish.

8. Being Upfront About AI-Generated Content

We've built Rext AI to write naturally, follow solid SEO and E-E-A-T practices, and produce original content rather than something lifted from elsewhere. Even so, AI writing has real limits, and it's better we're upfront about them:

We can't guarantee that everything generated will always be accurate, complete, or free of errors. AI-generated content may not always qualify for intellectual property protection, including copyright, depending on the circumstances and the law where you are, so it's on you to decide whether a given piece is suitable for your intended use. We also can't promise it'll clear every plagiarism checker or AI detector every time; those tools change constantly, and results vary by article, niche, and detector. And while we optimize for search performance, rankings depend on far more than content alone: backlinks, site authority, technical setup, and how competitive your niche is, so we're not in a position to guarantee where you'll land in search results, how much traffic you'll get, or any other business outcome.

You should independently review and fact-check anything before publishing or relying on it, especially content touching on legal, financial, medical, safety, or regulatory matters. Rext AI doesn't provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

9. What You Shouldn't Do With Rext AI

Don't use the Services to create or publish content that breaks the law, infringes on someone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or intentionally misleading. That covers impersonating someone else, generating fake reviews or endorsements, and content built purely to game search rankings in ways that violate search engine guidelines.

Beyond content itself, don't try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account, probe or test our systems without permission, get around security measures or usage limits, interfere with or disrupt the Services, introduce malware or other harmful code, abuse our APIs or infrastructure, scrape or systematically collect data from the Services without authorization, reverse-engineer the platform, resell without our written granted permission, or try to bypass subscription, credit, or access controls.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where it's warranted, with or without prior warning depending on how serious the issue is.

10. Free Tools

Tools like the Keyword Density Checker, Headline Analyzer, Word Counter, and anything else on our Free Tools page come as-is and as-available, without the guarantees attached to a paid plan. We may add, adjust, restrict, suspend, or retire any of them at any time, and their usage limits and availability may differ from what's offered on paid plans.

11. WordPress and Other Integrations

When you connect Rext AI to WordPress, Shopify, or another CMS through auto-publish (currently we are offering only WordPress integration), you're authorizing us to use the connection or credentials you've set up to perform the actions you request, including publishing content on your behalf.

You're responsible for having the authorization to connect to that website, for reviewing content before it goes live where appropriate, for ensuring that what's published complies with the law and any applicable policies, and for maintaining the appropriate permissions on the connected site.

Once content lands on WordPress or another platform, how it's stored, displayed, and used thereafter is governed by that platform's terms, not ours. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by WordPress or any other third-party platform outside our control.

12. Suspension and Termination

You're free to stop using Rext AI and close your account whenever you want. You may stop using Rext AI and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You materially violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Your use creates a security or operational risk
  • You fail to pay applicable fees
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the relevant Service

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation before suspension or termination. However, we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Services, our users, or others.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you won't get a refund for whatever's left on your subscription, and you may lose access to your account and any remaining subscription benefits, subject to applicable law.

13. What Happens When It Ends

Once your account or access ends, your right to use the Services ends with it, and we may delete or deactivate your account and associated data.

Certain parts of these Terms are built to survive termination, including anything related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions that naturally need to keep applying afterward.

14. No Promises, As-Is

To the extent the law allows, the Services come as they are and as available, without guarantees. We're not making any express or implied warranties about how accurate, reliable, or well-suited the Services are for your purposes, including anything related to search rankings, traffic, revenue, or the AI-generated content itself. We can't promise the platform will always run without a hitch, or that it will always meet your particular requirements.

15. Where Our Liability Ends

To the extent the law allows, Revnix LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages tied to your use of the Services, including lost revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, content, goodwill, or business interruption.

If it ever comes down to a claim, our total liability, to the extent the law allows a cap, won't exceed the greater of what you paid us for the Services over the twelve months before the claim came up, or USD $100.

16.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revnix LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This may include loss of:

  • Revenue
  • Profits
  • Business opportunities
  • Data
  • Content
  • Goodwill
  • Business interruption

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid to Rext AI for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Rext AI team states that policies are governed by the laws that apply to our parent company Revnix LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled through the courts or other dispute-resolution channels available under applicable law. Nothing here stops you from exercising rights or bringing claims that can't legally be waived or restricted.

18. When These Terms Change

We may update these Terms as Rext AI, our pricing, business practices, legal obligations, or technology evolve; we'll update the date at the top. For anything significant, we'll try to reach you by email, through the app, or another reasonable method where the law requires it.

19. The Fine Print

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver: Make sure that if we do not enforce any condition once or for now doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You can't hand off your rights or obligations under these Terms to someone else without our written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable policies or agreements referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and Revnix LLC concerning your use of Rext AI.
