Create Your Account
Visit the Rext signup page and enter your details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password
Click Create Account. You're in.
Set Up Your Workspace
After logging in, your first task is to create a workspace.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace connects Rext to your website and allows the platform to understand your brand, tone, and content style.
How to Set It Up:
- Click Create Workspace
- Enter your Workspace Title and Website URL
- Click Continue
What Happens Next?
Rext will automatically:
- Analyze your website content
- Extract brand characteristics
- Identify tone and writing patterns
- Create searchable knowledge vectors
This allows Rext to generate content aligned with your brand voice and Google EEAT principles.
Once analysis is complete:
- Review your Brand Voice Page
- Make adjustments if needed
- Click Save and Continue
Your workspace is now ready.
Start Generating Content
- From the left sidebar, click Generate Content
- Enter your primary keyword into the search bar
- Click Generate
Rext will display:
- Keyword difficulty chart
- Search insights
- Related keywords
Review the data and click Next.
Select a Topic
Based on your keyword, Rext will suggest relevant topics.
- Review the topic suggestions
- Select the one that best matches your goal
- Click Next to continue
Choose Content Type
Select the format that fits your strategy:
Choose your preferred content type and proceed.
Review and Approve the Outline
Rext will generate a structured outline tailored to:
- Your selected keyword
- Your brand voice
- Your chosen content type
Carefully review the outline. You can:
- Edit headings
- Add or remove sections
- Adjust structure
Once satisfied, click Approve and Generate.
Review Your Generated Content
Rext will now generate your long-form, SEO-optimized article. Your content is:
Review the draft and make any final edits if needed. Your content is now ready.
Publish to WordPress or Other CMS Platforms
When your article is finalized:
- Click the Publish button
- Select your connected CMS platform
- Confirm publishing
