How it works
- 01
Search Keyword
Analyze a keyword in Generate. Its research is saved in your workspace's keyword library as soon as the results are in.
- 02
Keywords
Open Keywords in the sidebar: every saved keyword with its volume, difficulty, intent and the day you researched it, newest first.
- 03
A keyword's page
Open one to see its monthly searches, difficulty, intent, backlinks and referring domains, its related keywords and the top ten results.
- 04
Use
Press Use to start an article from it. Rext AI checks the latest search results first, then the steps go on as usual.
What it doesn't do
- It keeps one list per workspace; keywords aren't shared between workspaces.
- It shows each keyword's numbers as they were on the day you researched it.
- It has no folders or tags: the list is newest first, and you search it by keyword.
Questions about the keyword library
Does starting from a saved keyword cost credits?
Yes, the same as a fresh start: Rext AI checks the latest search results for the keyword before the article goes on, so the numbers it writes from are current. Keeping a keyword in the library costs nothing, and you can start as many articles from it as you like, one at a time.
Can I remove a keyword from the library?
Yes. Choose Remove from library in the keyword's menu. Its saved research is deleted for good, and the keyword leaves the list for everyone in the workspace. Articles you have already written from it keep their text, and you can analyze the keyword again whenever you need it back.
Who can see the keyword library?
The people in the workspace who can see its content. The keywords belong to the workspace, not to the person who researched them, so a colleague can start an article from a keyword you analyzed. Someone without access to the workspace's content is asked to request it from a workspace admin.
