Last updated October 6, 2026 ## About these terms Rext AI is a product of Revnix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Revnix”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover the website rext.ai, the web app at app.rext.ai, the free tools and the WordPress connection (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, an agency or a client, you confirm that you may bind them, and “you” means both of you. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These policies are part of the agreement: the [refund policy](https://rext.ai/refund-policy), the [acceptable use policy](https://rext.ai/acceptable-use), the [privacy policy](https://rext.ai/privacy-policy) and, where we process personal data for you, the [data processing addendum](https://rext.ai/dpa). ## Who can use Rext AI Rext AI is made for businesses and professionals: site owners, marketers, agencies and publishers. To use it, you must be at least 18 years old, give us accurate information about yourself, and be allowed to use it under the laws that apply to you. ## Your account and your team Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to your workspaces do. If you think someone has used your account without permission, write to [contact@rext.ai](mailto:contact@rext.ai) at once. We may suspend an account that was opened with false information or is used for fraud. ## Plans, credits and billing Each plan on the [pricing page](https://rext.ai/pricing) includes a number of credits each month. Credits are how the service is measured: - One article uses 15 credits, whatever its length. - Analyzing a keyword again, or regenerating an outline, uses one more credit each time. - An article does not start when fewer than 15 credits are left. - Publishing to WordPress uses no credits. Each month, your plan's credits are reset to its full amount, also when you pay yearly, so unused credits do not carry over. They cannot be moved to another account and have no cash value. You pay monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout, and your plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. If we change a plan's price or its credits, we tell you before the change applies to your next period. ## The free trial New accounts start with a free trial of 7 days and 60 credits. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: it ends after 7 days or when its credits are used, and you can then choose a plan to carry on. An offer, such as a launch offer, applies as described with it, until the end it states. ## Cancelling and refunds You can cancel any time in the app, under Account settings › Plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow the [refund policy](https://rext.ai/refund-policy): within 14 days of a payment, a full refund if fewer than 100 credits were used. There are no refunds for unused time on a subscription. ## Payments and the merchant of record Purchases are made through our payment partner, the merchant of record named at checkout (currently Lemon Squeezy). It sells you the subscription as our authorized reseller and handles the payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and chargebacks; its buyer terms apply to the purchase. Charges appear on your statement under its name (for Lemon Squeezy, starting with “LEMSQZY*”). These terms govern the service itself. We never see or store your full card number. ## What belongs to us The service, its software, design, documentation and brand belong to Revnix or to those who license them to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your account is active. You may not copy or resell the service, reverse engineer it, get around its limits or security, collect data from it with automated tools we have not allowed, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law gives you that right. ## Your content and the articles What you put in stays yours: keywords, brand details, author personas, instructions, files and drafts. The outlines, articles and images Rext AI produces for you are yours to edit, publish and use, as far as the law allows and subject to anyone else's rights in them. You give us permission to store, process and send your content only as needed to run the service for you: to research, write, score and publish where you tell us, and to keep it secure. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from what the [privacy policy](https://rext.ai/privacy-policy) says we keep. ## AI-written content and your review Rext AI writes with AI models from third parties (OpenAI's, for text and images). Rext AI researches before it writes, links the sources behind its facts and checks the draft. Even so: - AI can get facts wrong or leave things out, so read every article before you publish it, and take particular care with health, money, legal and safety topics. Rext AI gives no professional advice. - We do not promise rankings, traffic or any business result. - In some countries, text written by AI may not be protected by copyright. If you publish AI-written text in the EU to inform the public on matters of public interest, the EU AI Act (Article 50) may ask you to say that it was generated by AI, unless a person has reviewed or edited it and holds editorial responsibility for it. ## Using Rext AI fairly The [acceptable use policy](https://rext.ai/acceptable-use) applies to everything you do with the service. In short: no spam, no mass-produced pages made to manipulate search results, nothing illegal or infringing, and no abuse of the service or the free tools. ## The free tools The free tools on rext.ai are offered as they are, with usage limits, and may change or stop at any time. Please do not send them automated requests. ## WordPress and other connections WordPress is the one integration available today. When you connect a site, you allow Rext AI to use that connection to do what you ask, such as publishing an article as a post, a draft or for review. You must be allowed to connect the site, and once an article is on it, the site's own terms apply to it. ## Suspension and termination You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, act fraudulently or unlawfully, put the service or others at risk, do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we stop offering the service for reasons other than your breach, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for. ## When your account ends Your right to use the service ends with your account. Before you close it, copy any articles you want to keep; each can be copied as HTML, Markdown or text. Articles you have published stay on your own site. What happens to your data afterwards is in the [privacy policy](https://rext.ai/privacy-policy#retention). The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as ownership, the limits on liability and the rules on disputes, continue after your account ends. ## No promises beyond the law As far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will meet your needs, run without interruption, or produce accurate content. ## Limits on our liability As far as the law allows, Revnix and its staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited. ## Claims arising from your content If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published with Rext AI or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. ## Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and by the federal law of the United States, without regard to rules on conflicts of law. Disputes go to the courts of the State of Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms as the service, our prices or the law change, and the date at the top changes with them. Before a change that matters to you takes effect, we tell you by email or in the app. ## The rest of the agreement If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term once does not mean we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, an acquisition or a sale of assets. These terms and the policies they name are the whole agreement between you and Revnix about the service.
